Digital Registration Card (Privacy Act compliant)

Digital registration card extension that sends every arriving guest a branded pre-arrival link, collects the mandatory registration fields (name, date of birth, nationality, passport or ID number, home address, arrival and departure dates), accepts an ID photo upload and captures a digital signature. The completed record is written back into the reservation in RMS Cloud via the official API and is available from the Front Desk grid before the guest arrives at reception. Compliant with Australian and New Zealand guest registration obligations; per-jurisdiction field templates cover NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, NT, ACT and the whole of New Zealand. Data is retained for the statutory period defined by each jurisdiction and then automatically purged with an audit trail. Compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
