About Multi-Property Consolidation Dashboard
Multi-property consolidation dashboard that aggregates data from every RMS Cloud property in your portfolio into a single operator view. Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TrevPAR, pickup at D-30, D-60 and D-90, on-the-books pace and market benchmark comparisons are pulled hourly, warehoused in a per-portfolio analytics store and surfaced through drag-and-drop dashboards suitable for weekly commercial reviews and monthly board packs. Includes a compare-two-properties view, a compare-two-periods view, a per-brand rollup for hotel groups managing several sub-brands, and a scenario planner that lets you flex rate and occupancy assumptions before committing rate moves back into RMS Cloud. PDF and CSV exports ship with your logo and colours.
How to get started
Add to cart and place the order
Add the module to your cart and place the order. A payment link and account access instructions arrive by email.
Access your Cloudrms account
Use the access link sent by email to open your Client Area. Your RMS Cloud module is ready to configure.
Connect your RMS Cloud API credentials
Enter your RMS Cloud API key under Settings → Connected RMS Cloud Account. Need help retrieving your API key? See the RMS Cloud access guide.
Configure and go live
Follow the module’s own configuration wizard. The first synchronisation with your RMS Cloud account runs within 15 minutes of activation.
